problem when attempting to register password questions, the following error appears this is a shared user account, therefore you cannot set the password reset questions cause the user account in active directory has the “user cannot change password” flag enabled this flag designates the account as a shared account used by multiple users solution shared accounts are not permitted to register password reset questions to resolve this issue confirm whether the account should remain shared if it should be a personal account, remove the “user cannot change password” flag in active directory if it must stay shared, password question registration will remain disabled for security reasons
