# Reference local exchange server for local cmdlet calls

1. Navigate to Resources > Exchange Servers > Office365
2. Right click in the parameters window and select New Parameter > Blank. Rename the new parameter to “LocalExchange”, and in the Properties panel change the Type to “Reference”
3. Double click on the “LocalExchange” parameter that you have just created and enter the path to the On-Premise exchange server resource e.g. =//Resources/Exchange Servers/MyExchangeServer
