### Problem

If the following error appears in the job log when creating a new folder or securing an existing folder:

### Cause

This issue occurs because the parent folder contains ACL (Access Control List) entries pointing to a group that has been deleted.

### Solution

1. Navigate to the parent folder in the file system.
2. Open the **Security** tab under **Folder Properties**.
3. Locate and remove any ACL entries referencing groups that no longer exist.

Once the invalid ACL entries are removed, you can successfully run the **Create Folder** or **Secure Existing Folder** tasks within Activate.
