The incremental text index update that runs every 15 minutes is not picking up any new objects created in Activate

## Issue

New Objects such as Users, Distribution Lists, Folders etc that were created using Activate, are not searchable on the Activate home page, even after waiting for more than 15 minutes.

## Solution

Check if **//Resources/Configuration/Search **has more than one **LastIndexRefresh** parameter. 

You should not have more than one of these parameters. 

Please delete the parameter with the **oldest LastModified date.**
