When running create DL on a new install, the job fails after the approval step and gives an error of "The method or operation is not implemented", along with a long string (see below).

The solution was to update the exchange class:

- Resources/ExchangeServers/Class
- Add the relevant exchange server reference for your environment to the end of the "ExchangeResource" value in the "Class" field as seen in the below screenshot
  - Use either 2003, 2010 or 2016
  - Do NOT use Online or any other reference than the 3 listed above
