Error when Creating or Securing a Folder

problem if the following error occurs in the job log, when creating a new folder or securing an existing folder "no mapping between account names and security ids was done (exception from hresult 0x80070534)" solution this is due to an issue in the parent folder, where the acl entries are still pointing to a group that has been deleted to resolve this issue, navigate to the parent folder in the file system, and open the "security" tab under folder properties locate and then remove any acl entries which are pointing to groups that no longer exist once removed, you will be able to successfully run the "create folder" or "secure exisiting folder" tasks within activate
