## Issue

A customer encountered the following error when upgrading to version 6.5:

Common Language Runtime detected an invalid program.

## Steps to Resolve

The issue was that the version of PowerShell hadn't been updated to PowerShell V3

Version 6.5 requires minimum of PowerShell V3 - install PowerShell V3 and perform the Activate Upgrade
