Date format settings for Activate

problem the date seen within activate or on the notification emails is displaying incorrectly or is in the wrong format solution you will need to check the following locations to ensure that you have the correct language and regional settings on the activate server check regional and language options go to the control panel select regional and language options confirm all settings the regional options tab are set as expected then select the languages tab and click on the details button confirm that the default input language is also set as expected any changes made will require a restart of the server to take effect on the pc of activate users open internet explorer under tools, select internet options on the general tab, select the languages button ensure that the language preference matches that on the activate server
