In a UserChangeHandler Links global points at a user link handler, for example, to resolve a manager like the example below.

The id of the link is the name attribute of the link, e.g. above the name attribute on the manager node is "Manager", so the expression would be "=//Links/Manager"

If no name attribute is set on the link node then the ID is the name of the node, e.g. in the below example it would =//Links/manager
