## Overview

You can use the Advanced Search Function when adding members to a Distribution List to create a DL with 2 or more different criteria. For instance you may wish to create a DL that is for All Project Managers in a particular location.

## Advanced Search for Managing DL Members

1. Open Activate Web
2. Navigate to the DL you are wanting to change the membership for.
3. Select **ADVANCED** then the **Filter **Icon on the right.

4. Enter your Search Criteria for example Project Manager & London

5. Select **Apply **and the results of the search will be added

6. Select **+ Add All** to add the search results to the selected DL

7. Select **Next** to continue adding people to the DL.
