This article describes how to add additional controls on to the generic confirm page using the CommonConfirmForm. This is useful to capture additional data about the job, for example additional reasons for a request or external reference numbers.

## Solution

1\. Create a parameter of type WebForm on the target task.

2\. Rename the parameter to “CommonConfirmForm”

3\. Modify the form, adding the required controls.

4\. The controls on the form will appear underneath the Approval section of the generic confirm page.
