System.Exception: 'A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'SkipLoadingCmdletHelp'.: \[Connect-ExchangeOnline -Credential 'System.Management.Automation.PSCredential' -SkipLoadingFormatData 'True' -SkipLoadingCmdletHelp 'True' ]'

This was because my PSCredentials user didn't have Exchange Administrator granted via admin.microsoft.com
