To enable OTPs in password reset:

1. In **Activate Studio**, navigate to **Tasks > Passwords**.
2. Set `RequirePin` parameter to **True**.
3. Navigate to **//Resources/Configuration/Passwords**:
   - Set `DefaultSMSGateway` for SMS texts, if not configured, PINs are sent to registered email addresses.
   - Set `PinLength` (recommended max = 5).
