## Activate Anywhere

Activate Anywhere is now more resilient to brief database outages. If the service experiences a temporary problem when fetching its configuration at startup, it can automatically retry so short-lived SQL blips no longer cause the portal to return a 502. This reduces downtime caused by transient connectivity issues and helps the Activate web site recover without manual intervention.
